I have been training under Luke for almost 2 years and I must say I owed by current chiselled physique to his trainings. Always knowledgeable not only to the different types of weights exercises targeting at which muscles groups but also in nutrition advice. When you trained under Luke there is never a moment of boredom as he is always so engaging. If you want to engage a good trainer check up Hype PT and look for Luke 😍

Luke and Olivia are excellent trainers and really know their stuff. Their passion for fitness helps motivate me to get the gym more often. Don't let the elite bods fool you- they are incredibly approachable and want to see everyone achieve their health goals. I have my own personal setbacks and Luke helped me navigate and overcome my limitations.

I’ve known Luke a long time and he’s always been positive and motivating.
