My first experience was great . Gym is spacious, clean and fully equipped. Training under a professional trainer Arjun was a good experience. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Looking forward to more sessions.

Arjun is a great personal trainer who has helped me a lot. He really cares about helping me lose wieght and get fitter. In our workouts, he pushes me hard but knows when to slow down if it's too much. I like how he changes things up to keep it intresting. What I really like is that Arjun doesn't just help with exercise. He also gives me good advice about what to eat. Since I'm a vegetarian, this has been really helpful. He showed me how to eat the right foods to help me get stronger and healthier. I've seen big changes in how I look and feel since I started working with Arjun. He's not just a trainer, but someone who really wants to see me do well. If you want to get fit and need someone to help you, I think Arjun is a great choice.

Tim is a very experienced and knowledgeable trainer. It's very enjoyable and inspiring to work out with him. He motivates you to push hard while paying attention to the details (energy levels, risk of injury, body dynamics, strength, sleep, diet, etc.) He is a well-rounded trainer who focuses not merely on the aesthetics aspect but your overall fitness and performance.
